It is recommended to have an irrigation diagnostic on your system once a year in order to ensure your system is running properly and your lawn and landscape are getting the proper amount of water coverage.
These are some examples of typical repair costs in addition to the diagnostic fee:
- “QAT” = Quoted at Time
- Replace a 4 inch spray nozzle sprinkler head- $15/each
- Replace a 4 inch MP nozzle- $20/each
- Replace a Rotor or MP Rotor sprinkler head- $40/each
- Raise a head- $10/each
- Remove/Cap a head- $10/each
- Install new/additional heads- $30/each base price (QAT)
- Repair broken pipes- $30/each base price (QAT)
- Rebuild a valve- $75 (Rainbird or Hunter 1inch, other brands QAT)
- Replace a valve- $125 (Rainbird or Hunter 1inch, other brands QAT)
- New controller- $375 base 6 zone Hunter indoor (extra zones, outdoor, etc. QAT)
- Rachio Wireless controller- 8 zone $450
- 16 zone $525
- New wireless rain sensor- $175
- Install a Backflow Device (w/ inspection)- $650 base price (QAT)
- Wire Tracker (valve location, broken wire)- $125.00/hr (1hr min)
- Add a Zone- $575 base price (QAT)
- System Retrofit (pool, driveway, reworks etc.)- $800 base price (QAT)
- Wiring- $1/ft per strand
- Trenching (pipe or wire)- $85/hr labor (1 hr min)
- Systems/Repairs are warrantied for one year from malfunction due to equipment failure or improper installation. Labor and parts included in warranty.
